Cancellations outside of 60 days of arrival will be assessed a $150 cancellation fee..
Between 60 - 30 days of arrival, $400 deposit is forfeited.
Within 30 days of arrival, no refund will be given. If re-rented, payment MAY be refunded (depending on owner), less a $150 cancellation fee.
