The Chateaux features spacious one bedroom condos with large fully equipped kitchens, and a private balcony off of your living room with panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. With a sleeper sofa in the living room these condos accommodate up to 4 adults. The property is centrally located between Clearwater and St Pete Beaches so you can expand your vacation fun to all of our beaches. Ask about other available Chateaux units.

Monthly Rentals: $600 deposit required to confirm reservation
Full payment is due 30-45 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations outside of 60 days of arrival will be assessed a $150 cancellation fee..
Between 60 - 30 days of arrival, $400 deposit is forfeited.
Within 30 days of arrival, no refund will be given. If re-rented, payment MAY be refunded (depending on owner), less a $150 cancellation fee.
