Full payment is due 30-45 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations up to 30 days of arrival date will be assessed a $150 cancellation fee.
Up to 30 days, no refund will be given. Some owners may refund if re-rented.
If re-rented, payment will be refunded, less a $150 cancellation fee.
