Terms of Rental and Important Information

In addition to the rental, a security deposit is required. Your authorized credit card number will be on file and may be subject to additional charges for damage to the unit, extraordinary cleaning, laundry beyond normal usage and telephone toll charges, etc.

PETS will not be allowed unless previously agreed to in writing.

NO BOATS/TRAILERS/COMMERCIAL VEHICLES/RVs, etc. unless previously authorized.

PARKING - generally, one parking space allotted per unit. Additional parking is guest responsibility.

ASSOCIATION RULES: If the unit is a condominium or other multiple unit accommodation, the guest agrees to abide by the Rules of the Association, a copy of which will be furnished upon request.

CANCELLATION: Cancellations outside of 60 days of arrival date will be assessed a $150 cancellation fee. Between 60-30 days deposit is forfeited. Within 30 days, no refund will be given. If re-rented, payment MAY be refunded (depending upon owner), less a $150 cancellation fee. terms are guidelines and may vary depending upon property requirements. Trip Cancellation insurance is recommended.

MAINTENANCE: It is possible that it may be necessary to temporarily close tennis courts, swimming pools, shuffleboard courts, recreation buildings, etc. for routine maintenance during your stay. In the event of an equipment malfunction, we will expedite repairs as quickly as possible to ensure your continued comfort. However, no refund can be approved due to circumstances beyond our control. Guest understands that any damages which are discovered requiring repairs should be reported to us immediately.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum number of occupants indicated on the Reservation Confirmation has been set by the unit owner and/or the Association. If you exceed this limit at any time, we will be happy to help you locate additional accommodations, if available. Violation of the maximum person limit in the unit will result in immediate removal and forfeiture of all monies paid.

Each home/condo is individually owned and, therefore, the prices you have been quoted may vary from posted resort rates. Our owners are happy to share their Florida home/condo with you and trust you will respect it as your own. Guest shall take good care of the premises, appliances and furnishings and guest shall be responsible for all conditions caused by the negligent or wrongful act of omission of the guest and/or persons accompanying guest.



Weekly Rentals: $400 deposit required to confirm

Monthly Rentals: $600 deposit required to confirm

Full payment is due 30-45 days prior to arrival.
